- How do we order?

- Is there a MOQ?
There isn’t any, except perhaps when it comes to bespoke products or something that we manufacture especially for you.
- How do I contact you?
We expect all order related or even general enquiries via our support email (enquiries@personalise-wholesaleblanks.co.uk).

- Do you allow add-ons?
We do, unless specifically mentioned on any product. Add-ons are allowed only until a previous order is not dispatched.
- What are your turnaround times?
Our current dispatch timescale is 1-5 working days. This might change during festive and busier period and will be mentioned on the website.
- I haven’t received an order confirmation, what do I do?
Order confirmations and invoices are generated automatically by our system. Please check your junk/spam inboxes – it will be sent to the email used at checkout. If you haven’t had any email, please reach out to us on the support email and we will aim to respond as soon as possible.
- When will I receive a response to my email?
We aim to respond to emails within a 48- hour period – generally over weekdays.
- How do I report an issue with my order?
The first point of contact for any order issues is our support email. Please check your order on receipt and report an issue within 48 hours. Anything outside of these timescales will be unacceptable.
- When will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking details are sent automatically via the system to the email used during the checkout. Please check spam folders as well.
Can I cancel my order?
We operate as a B2B business and as such do not offer cancellations. This can only happen under exceptional circumstances and will incur cancellation charges as we are charged fees for every transaction and order placed on the system.
- Do you allow visits to the warehouse and collections?
Yes, we are based out of Glasgow and offer collections from our warehouse. We also accommodate visits to the warehouse to see products in person, on prior appointment only. Check the contact details for our address and operating hours.
