Refund and Return

s a B2B store, we do not accept returns unless an item is delivered damaged or faulty. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Size, specification and quality should be checked before you personalise products in any way. We cannot provide a return or refund for worn, printed or processed items. No credit or refunds will be made for decoration costs or time

If your return is accepted against a damaged item ,we will then try and sort it out for you either with a suitable replacement in the first instance or refund if this is not possible. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

The company can initiate the refund only on receipt of the relevant items in their original condition. The courier labels show the sender’s address and can be used to send the goods back. The company is unable to provide a pre-paid return postage labels as of now except for exceptional circumstances. In such cases, refund of the return postage amount is done on case by case basis and is not a norm.

Once the refund is agreed , the amount will be refunded back on the original payment method used during the purchase (unless specifically asked for another option ) within 7 to 10 working days. This can again depend on how different banks operate.

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Any pre-orders items are ordered with the supplier after considering the orders from the customers. We are unable to cancel and subsequently action any refunds on any pre-order items unless we decide to no longer procure them for any reason.All pre order sales are final, and are unable to be cancelled due to them being brought in specifically at your request.

When purchasing Pre-orders items, note that the release dates are always tentative and can be impacted by number of circumstances like weather, political situation in the transit countries, pandemic etc. No refund can be made possible for items pre-ordered and if their delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond the control of the company.

 

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

As a B2B store, we do not accept cancellations .We can only consider cancellations for exceptional circumstances and the decision lies with the solely with the company .

In the exceptional cases wherein a cancellation is accepted, the company will charge a 15% restocking fees. This is subject to informing us within 2 days of delivery and returning the item(s) in the original packaging and condition. Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility. 

Personalise Wholesale Blanks Ltd  will not be held liable for any delays caused by events out with our control. This includes delays caused by couriers.
Where Personalise Wholesale Blanks Ltd has provided a delivery timescale it is for reference only and we will not be held liable for any deliveries made out with the timescales provided.
